Ventura

We went souvenir shopping and Cody had to get Pirate Bingo for his Uncle Bryon, he was so excited about it that he had to take a picture, again this shows how good my 3 year-old is with a camera.
We then went to the outlook over the marina. The only picture I happened to take was Grandma with Brandon with the ocean behind them. We all had a great vacation.

Ventura Marina

Today we went to the Ventura Marina. There were all kinds of shops, arcades and boats everywhere. Cody loved the arcade.

We thought these pirate and mermaid cutout were a blast. Mandy and I laughed so hard when we were taking pictures. Brandon would make a very good pirate.

Day at the beach

Today we went to the beach. It was cloudy and a little chilly but the boys loved playing in the sand. Cody was not so sure about the sand but eventually realized it was fun.

Brandon loved it right away.

Cody got a hold of the camera and took a picture of Brandon and I, he is still better with the camera than I am.

Some of us decided to take a little nap wihle we were there, me included (probably one of the best naps I have had).

Pool time

Well, I am not much of a picture taker but I did get this good one. We finally got to my grandma's house and instantly jumped in the pool. The kids has so much fun. Here is Cody and Brandon in their floaters with Chelsie holding on to them.


We had so much fun.

Vacation

I decided that it was time that I go to see my grandma in Califormia, so I have been planning for months and it is finally here. The kids and I loaded up to go on our vacation. My parents came along and so did Mandy, my youngest sister. We stopped in Winnemucca to pick up my niece, Chelsie and then stopped in Reno to stay with my older sister Pam.

Here is Pam and her beautiful daughter, Elizabeth. She is a little over a year old. SO CUTE!!!!!

Cody was definitely ready for the road trip.

I believe summer is finally here. The sun has decided to come out. Cody and Brandon love to play with their wagon, this time it is filled with water from all the rain we have got.

Brandon even had to drink some to see how it tasted.

Memorial weekend

Tony has been working 6 days a week for the last month, he finally got a couple days off so we decided to go to Salmon for the weekend. Our friend, Ryan, has a cabin up there and he invited us up. We had so much fun and the weather was so nice. The boys love to be outside. Ryan thought it would be fun to bring water guns, so here is Ryan and Cody having a water gun fight.

Tony let Brandon have a turn at driving. He loves to push all the buttons.

The boys and I decided to go for a hike on Sunday. Cody, who is only 3, took the picture of Brandon and I. I think he is better with the camera than I am.

It may be hard to see but Tony took a picture of some elk that we saw off the side of the road. We saw a bunch of elk and some deer. It was fun for the boys to see them.
